Gary Johnson continues to beat Republican challenges to the ballot - West Palm Beach Libertarian | Examiner.com

The Virginia Board of Elections today rejected a challenge by the Republican Party of Virginia to petitions submitted to place former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson on the state's ballot as the Libertarian nominee for President. The Board of Elections' decision clears the way for Johnson's name to appear on the November ballot.

If you gotta work that hard to keep names off the ballot, then your policies and ideas must suck real hard.

But then again, we're talking about the GOP, and I don't want to be redundant.

Last I checked, the Dems are no slouches in that department either; their legal beagles have been just as agressive over the years.
