| What good is it if people signing this thing are not even a residence of the State of Maryland and isn't secession sort of a beyond ridiculous thought at this moment in time?

| Until I know all of the conditions of withdrawing, I'll hold off. I suggest that the 50 states remain together and we get rid of Washington DC...
