2016 Again

Just saw 2016 via Netflix. Interesting. His relationship with his mentor Frank Marshall Davis.

It's the same guy, Joel Gilbert believes, who is MIA in the audio version of Dreams from My Father recorded by Barack Obama himself in 2005. The man is Frank Marshall Davis, Communist (card number 47544), journalist, poet, and pornographer. "Frank" is mentioned twenty-two times in Dreams. Some 2,500 words are devoted to him. All were expunged by O in his reading.

It is also interesting to know that his father was a polygamist.

Watched it. Definitely an interesting documentary... Scary to think how accurate it may be.

I watched that movie and don't remember them claiming that Obama's father had more than one wife at the same time.

He did father a lot of kids from different mothers though.

Lot of interesting claims made in the movie, some documented, some not.

I wouldn't consider it a documentary. It falls somewhere between documentary and op-ed. It's in the same category as Fahrenheit 911 and An Inconvenient Truth.

I think there was something about him not being divorced from one woman before he married another. However, he wasn't "with" both of them at the same time, so I, personally, wouldn't consider it polygamy.
