Perhaps I'm not reading this right, but don’t the Marshalls 1) have a legitimate complaint, and 2) even if they didn’t, they don’t deserve to be treated this way?

Unless they are making the whole thing up, I’m not sure where this is supposed to go.

I think part of it is made up by the Marshalls after reading the story, but this is New York business owners we are talking about, so who knows.

There has to be more to this story. Buisness owners just don't assault people for returning stuff.

IMHO [making educated guesses] The Marshal's complained,- there was a back and forth - some rude comment - someone threw something, someone else threw something back, there wife was injured by said object or ran into the door - they left, decided to play the RACE card and SUE ..... African Americans against some DAGO Wops
