| Rand Paul: Obama Acting Like King Rand Paul: Obama Acting Like King Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) appeared on WMAL in Washington DC with hosts Brian Wilson and Larry O'Connor Wednesday morning. When asked about President Obama's plan to have unilateral power to raise the debt limits rather than going through Congress Sen.
