Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) appeared on WMAL in Washington DC with hosts Brian Wilson and Larry O'Connor Wednesday morning. When asked about President Obama's plan to have unilateral power to raise the debt limits rather than going through Congress Sen. Paul said, "I guess you didn't hear the news, you heard we elected a king, right? When you're king, you can do whatever you want."

The problem is that America is a democracy; not a monarchy. He could go to Denmark, Spain, Sweden, the UK, Monaco, or Netherlands. The problem with that is Obama doesn't have the royal lineage to be a king in those countries. So, I guess, he is potentially a man without a country. That would be sweet. JMO
