| Explain me how all guns are not "assault weapons". Are some guns "nice to look at and hold" devices? Who sells "non-assault" guns? Links? Is the 14-round magazine semi-automatic plastic stock Remington 66 that I got for Christmas as a kid in 1970 an "assault weapon"? I think so; it's assaulted and killed many a squirrel.

I think you are confused. Lincoln invented the light bulb..and then helped Henry Ford perfect the V-8 engine. That's why Henry named an entire line of cars for him.

| Good question, since the term "assault weapon" was manufactured for no other reason than to mean "the kind of weapon we want to ban".

This entire argument of magazine capacity is devoid of any rational thought or analysis. It does not address the key point; would those kids be alive if 'assault' weapons didn't even exist? Would one less be dead? The answer is 'no'. More may have died. Less may have died.

| uh..no. You buy it where ever you found it then that FFL dealer ships it to one in state that you designate. The one in state charges a nominal fee for performing that service; 35 bucks is typical.
