You don't have to be a prepper, or a hoarder. If I decide to go out in the woods and pick blueberries, then can a case of them, I'm a target.

I read the article of the EO and noticed that the word "PRIVATE" was not part of the article as indicated by the website I found it on. I posted to the website the article and asked where the word "PRIVATE" came from. If you now click my link, you will see the story is gone.
