Good for him.
I might have worded it different though.
I would have listed the price at the liberal price, then gave a discount for any card carrying conservative.
Show me a republican voter Registration card and recieve a dollar off.

That would make it totally legal.

Great concept. Getting any liberal to donate to anything but themselves is a step in the right direction.

But it is still not from their heart - they are receiving something they enjoy for their "donation".

Yeah, like the discounts I get from many places by showing my proof of union membership. Saved myself $40.00 on a pair of Redwing boots just last week.
