And that's what's bothering about this whole thing... The constitution grants us the right to own guns. It does not define the limits. It does not demand that we sign all sorts of papers and have our name in a database to track us and our guns. It does not demand that we prove ourselves worthy to own. Read the Constitution including the preamble. The Constitution defines the powers of the government and its limits. The Bill of Rights is a description of the limits of Government. Those Rights are Rights we have inherent to us, not granted to us by any paper or government. Only privileges can be granted to us, and thus taken away.
