Government control and abuse falls under the category of "there's nothing I can do about it so no sense in worrying my pretty head."

If I'd had my way, we'd have weeded the people who've allowed this sort of thing out long ago. But no. I was mean, I had no compassion, I suck in general. Tyrant! Dictator! So now we have throngs of idiots in this country who vote for the *real* tyrants and dictators to govern them.

You should testify. Tell your story. Stand there in the hall of power in this state and tell them what they have wrought in OUR name, why it's wrong and why your right to keep and bear arms is just that, your right.

#1, I have a Drs appt that day; #2, complete and total waste of time.

How many people have given up how many hours and spent how many dollars trying to get this state (not to mention this country) to follow the US Constitution when it comes to gun laws and our First Amendment rights? Martin O'Malley and the MD Legislature will do what the hell they want to do and screw anyone who doesn't like it. They just a couple months ago gerrymandered out their opposition - oh and btw, the People voted for that.

So yeah, if I had nothing better to do with my time I'd surely go beat my head against the brick wall.

Well, 43 or 44 states did pass reforms after Kelo, but some were better than others, MD's, for instance, wasnt to good. Interestingly, VA did just pass a reform law, back in Nov.
