| Why just gun violence? Enforce current laws and actually require criminals to serve their sentence. |

| I'm with you on that, they really need to start putting boots up asses instead of just slapping them on the wrist.

| You can not regulate behavior by regulating tools. The motivation behind drug crimes is that is is worth it to the participants so, the solutions lie in dealing with the behaviors associated with the decision that it is worth it. Legalization takes away the motivation because its not worth jail over cheap dope anymore than it is over cheap beer. Increasing criminal sanctions has not worked in the past. It has only made the reward go up with the increased risk which is to say nothing of the price society pays for prohibition.

| Between here and your FB, you have posted that 4,987 times in the last three days. You need a new slogan. Quote:
Legalizing drugs will not stop thugs from being thugs. You said it yourself (4,987 times): you cannot regulate behavior by regulating tools. Or even de-regulating tools. | |

| If you go into work today and the powers that be tell you that your services are no longer needed, are you going to go and look for another job that earns as much or more, and are you going to look in the same profession?
