| Guess that means the SC will hear it now. Depending how they rule, it may help withthe MD CCW case

| probably not IMHO as I said earlier, this is really a case about State to State Reciprocity of are you suggesting the entire CCW requirement be thrown out, and all Open Carry / Concealed Carry laws be thrown out ? |
