The bill has a licensing requirement for handgun buyers to submit fingerprints to state police. The provision is intended to reduce the number of guns purchased by a friend or family member of someone who is not allowed to own a gun. So, someone could be restricted from purchasing the firearms that they want to own because of the criminal history of their brother/sister/parent/etc? Why do the innocent have to pay for a criminals mis-deeds?

| I don't think there was any doubt it would pass the Senate. They've all got their heads so far up Owe'Malley's a$$ they are looking at the back of his teeth.
