Edwards is what, 100 acres. I think W's spread is over 2,000. Texas scrub is probably a bit cheaper per acre than Chapel Hill, however.

| Edwards wealth could buy and sell George W. Bush all day. Bush is reportedly worth under 20 million, Edwards is worth 10 times that and more.
