We have to wait until it hits 15-25% ...with communities of ready warriors to feel "heady" enough to begin operations.

Once a community (like Detroit) hits a critical mass, it is ready to start the intimidation, threats, demands...and if those are not met, or some crack down occurs: BOOM(s).
Those 7 million are merely first wave "waiters"...spawning and welcoming more instead of assimilating and becoming loyal.

Not to get off topic of the Cigar, what is the punishment for smoking in the US Capitol building? A fine? Banishment for life? Arrest? Detained and being sent to Gitmo to be interrogated by various 3 letter agencies?

Having spent much time in the middle east, its about a half and half mix. Half of them like the US, half of them hate us. Either way, I always enjoyed hearing rock music hits from AC/DC and slipknot being played from the mosque tower loudspeakers in fallujah. Its a much needed break from their usual rant and rave on kill americans and @#$% Bush.
