Vrai's post was to the question of the thread, Dondi's was larger picture, end of times, what God will make happen kind of thing. Good posts both, but not about the same thing. No contradiction whatsoever, as they were talking about very different players.

well I grasped that, it's just that if one preaches peace and the other promises war, it's kind of a conflict of intrests. The timeline need not enter into it.

yes, all nations are evil... read the papers for evidence.

The "sword" [by the way, it is a double-edge sword, not just a sword] is the Word of God... the Bible people don't believe will end the end be their judge, for Christ is the Word, the Bible, the essense of God. All that man dismisses as religion, fable, myth, etc. will be the judge... interesting isn't it?

no... we all are inately evil. Jesus Christ died that we might be redeemed.

There have been tons of arguments on good vs. evil... without God and His redemption through Jesus - who determines good? We have witness as to what happens when man determines that.... Hitler, Stalin, Slavery, etc.

(incidently, looking at slavery in the south and you'll find that most of them we're good christians (well, according to them)).
