I do not understand this: “When Jesus saw their faith,he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son,your sins be forgiven you” somebody explain.

PS, Marie, did you lose your space bar?
Yes,
Christ was demonstrating that he had the power to forgive sins, and telling them who we was. The sick believed he had the power to heal them that they sought him out.

the same passage could be interpreted as palsy being a penalty for sin, and christ was releving them of the afflicitons from both.

The Supremacy of Christ

Colossians 1:15-17 (New International Version)

15He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

1 Timothy 3:15-16 (King James Version)
15But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

John 14:8-10 (King James Version)
8Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
10Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works

God Is The Divine Spirit of Yeshua. Yeshua Is God in human form:

How does this correspond to The Trinity? Just as God created us in His own image and likeness to have:

Spirit
Soul
Body

this is pretty much just a 'yes' or 'no' question.

If I were to say "yes" you could disagree with me; If I show you Yeshua's words and New Testament accounts you would need to disagree with Yeshua and the Biblical accounts of His life, ministry, suffering, death, resurrection, ascension into heaven and Deity as Saviour of mankind through His Atoning Blood.

Ultimately it is not me that you really agree or disagree with.

Whom do you say Yeshua is?

If you say 'yes' or 'no' I'm fine either way.

If jesus is the same as god, then I'll say god didn't send his son down, but rather just himself.

"Starman" is doing the same as "Marie" in giving Bible text and other people's quotes but no independent thought at all.

No personal opinions or conclusions or verdicts of their own.

I am not going to argue with anybody. You are asking for somebody to give a personal opinion so I am going to do that. God exists in three parts - as God the Father, God the Son (otherwise known as Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit. They are known as the Trinity. Yes, God is Jesus, He is God and He is the Holy Spirit all in One Person. That is my Belief. Again - I am not going to argue with anybody.
