You're right, it's worse. The christians have the ability to read their "holy book" yet decide not to and thus follow blindly on other peoples interpretations/translations. Illiterate muslims don't have the option/circumstances to read their "holy book".

Since when are atheist "against" Christianity? If anything I would have to read every religious text out there. We have just realized they are bull####.

Thats like asking how many Christians had read the Koran? Infact I think the common theme is, the more Christians actually read the bible the more they realize it's retarded.

And I totally agree that God (by any name) gives any people the right or option to defend them selves against violent attacks.

The thing that gets me is that people like you being anti-Islam but then claiming to interpret the Quran as if you decide what their Holy books mean when you do not.

If we ask any Muslim or Christian that loves Islam (as myself) then the interpretation of the Quran always remains that Allah has Islam as the religion of peace.

Orthodox Christians refer to Muslims and Islam in terms of violence and war because Christians are promoting violence and war against Islam.

The Muslims have every decent right to fight back against their aggressive enemies.

I do not give okay to the threats but I do say it is okay for the person to accept the threats as he earned them.

It fits under the principles of civil disobedience that if one defies the status quo then they must be willing to accept the consequences too.

Just like Jesus purposely defied and angered the status quo of His time and Jesus accepted the threats and the execution that Jesus had worked for. Jesus did know they were going to kill Him on that day He rode into Jerusalem and Jesus laid down His own life in sacrifice.

So I say the person claiming to be "Al-Mansur" needs to stop hiding behind the false name.
