JP's rhetoric may be balderdash, but it's rhetoric nonetheless. Unfortunately, this having been referred to them and reference having been made to concerns about JP's mental stability, law enforcement may feel the need to CIA and 'look into' the situation. Having witnessed JP's sometimes strained ability to communicate coherently, and apprehending some stubbornness on his part in so far as dealing with authority goes, it strikes me as at least marginally plausible that he might explain things in such a way as to make something that was originally clearly non-criminal appear suspect.

I don't think there is any seriousness in this battle between bcp and JPC at all; except that they are both serious about how much they loathe each other.

Would these be the Muslims that continue to set off bombs in Afghanistan and Iraq, or Ahmadinejad with his talks about advancing his country as a nuclear power in defiance of the international community and talks of blowing Israel off the map?

You know, peace talks (for they might have been worth) ended when the planes crashed into the WTC towers and our Pentagon. When the enemy surrenders – SURRENDERS – that is when there will be peace.
