Didn't think I did...it's your defense mechanism, you talk down to me so you can feel like the BBMFIC. You do that everytime I make a valid point you can't figure out how to counter. You talk to me like that because you know I'm a young-ish woman; I don't see you talking like that to other people here.

You yourself have called me "dear" and "Hon". I'm not going back to find out where, but you did! Did I get all belligerent with you and say what you said to me? Ok then. People here have called me "dear" or "hon" and a few other nice things. When you've been called the bad names that I've been called, then you can get upset. If you get upset when someone calls you an endearing name, you'll not survive here. So, it is NOT condescending, nor is it used when "I can't figure out how to counter". I have no problem countering some things you say, if it is necessary.

I would also bet that the names you have been called were in direct response to you using your "endearing names", if not that it was in response to your holier than god himself attitude and judgement

chill out, remember that when people are reading text they [generally] read it flat and this causes statements to come across a certain way; usually NOT endearing. I also notice that you don't generally refer to other people like that. You generalize/stereotype, tell me I'm empty and then call me dear and little lady. You really intended that NO to be condescending? I doubt it.

Any women or church that supports a woman minister is in violation of the plain teaching of scripture. If they can’t interpret something as simple as this than you don’t want to sit under their teaching.

If scripture is not the final authority in their life than you don’t want to sit under them.

So you have one of two scenarios, someone that thumbs their nose at scripture and says I don’t care what role it says woman have and that I am going to do what I want to anyway.
