Since you are presenting your so-called "evidence" in the position that both Mother Teresa and the Mahatma Gandhi did not make our world into a better place - then there is no evidence or testimony or anything to debate with you as the exchange is thereby finished.

You are certainly welcome to view this as some victory of your own - without applause or appreciation from the likes of me.

I'm not necessarily contending that neither of them did any good. Again, just presenting some opinions from a different angle.

This (your reaction) is what happens when people are nearly worshiped. Nothing I can say nor show you will ever convince you that they weren't as near to perfect as a human can be. I could provide proof MG was a serial killer and you'd rush to defend his honor (meanwhile providing NO counter evidence aside from their OWN websites!?) SMH

BTW, I intentionally used a particular citation for the MG stuff. The CWMG (revised) is HIGHLY contested, there are many sites you could have referenced in your (his) defense. The fact that you didn't tells me you are blindly defending an individual you never even met (presumably) and obviously don't care to learn about beyond your own notions.

I don't consider this a personal win, I consider this a slight loss for reason.

An interesting article from NT Wright, an Anglican bishop and bible scholar. Let's try to keep any discussion to the topic please.

I am in agreement with both of these above, and more so.

The point is that we human beings do need to try to make this world into a better place.

For any person NOT to help to improve the world is thereby doing wrong.

Many people have successfully tried to improve this world - and thank God that they did.

Plus God pulls many strings in this world as it is God who uses different people to make this world into a better place.

To resist making improvements to this world as in resisting righteousness then that is resisting God.

To bring the Kingdom of God onto earth as it is in heaven - is the ultimate goal.

The only evidence JP does not need are fingerprints on spray paint cans or paint brushes.....

Opinions are good, but do not mean a lot with out any factual backing.

The rest is irrelevant.

If any person has a personal relationship with God - then the evidence is in their own personal perception.

But aside from that we do have Bible based evidence of quoted text references along with links and explanations and more here in this thread.

If we ignore the baby-talk in between then there is the opening posting as evidence, and more in my own postings #5 and #15 on this thread.

So it is that the empty opinions are mostly in the between postings.

FYI.
