At the moment a sinner believes through repentance and faith (Ephesians 1:13,14)
Secured by God (John 10:27-30)
Sins are paid for by Christ shed blood past, present and future (Romans 3:25)

And these are just a few of the verses from the Bible (Gods word not some mans) not a book on church doctrine.,

Starman made peace,
now you are trying to start war.

Crawl back into the gutter you came from before you "found" Jesus and started bashing Catholics.

Sorry no war, just a clarification for those that don't know church history or don't understand the differences and why we debate each other.

I just preached a funeral and buried someone on Friday, people are dying everyday and need to hear the truth so they can make an educated decision about where they will spend eternity.

I would prefer that they can go through life with assurance of salvation, rather than a false hope.

They can reject it, or not care, thats their choice, but they cant say they don't know, or have never been told.

I find it interesting that StoneThrower cites the catechism but not all the scripture that the catechism is based on. Some people resort to disingenuous methods when it suits their agenda.

There's a saying that the Church was built on the martyrs, so by all means thrower of stones, please do continue to persecute us. You drive anyone who is inquring straight into our arms after having run screaming from you. Keep up the good work!

He agreed to disagree, which means not one damn thing has changed and proceed as usual.

I just find it intriguing that someone has chosen the username "StoneThrower" and totally ignores the "without sin" part of John 8:7.
