I originally posted this query in "Life in Southern Maryland," but a smart person there pointed out this might be the better place. I'm a reporter for Southern Maryland Newspapers (the Enterprise, Maryland Independent and Calvert Recorder) working on an article about local people who call themselves freethinkers/atheists etc., or are simply unaffiliated with any religion.
