| They said it will be in Aramaic and Latin, so I think it will be frustrating to watch a movie, which I am guessing will be long, with subtitles in it. Wish I would have seen this interview. |

| IM4, subtitled movies aren't so bad, you just can't have any distractions while you're watching them, and some require more than one viewing. don't we do that anyway? bluto, dafoe is awesome as anyone.

| Red, I have yet to see a movie with subtitles from beginning to end, so when I do go to see this movie, it will be a learning experience. I think I’d rather see a movie with subtitles then watch one where English has been added. I think it is distracting to watch a movie and the words not match the mouth movement. |

| i know exactly what you mean, i find that annoying, too. i meant a film in a foriegn language with english subtitles. and it's best to bring them home and plug them in, so you can rewind if you need to.

I saw the same interview on the O'reilly Factor as well. I am curious to know exactly what lengths Mr. Gibson is going to go in providing more realism in this movie. Other movies I've seen of Christ being tortured, beaten with both fists and a weighted whip are pretty graphic already. What else can they devise to make it look any more brutal than it was? Sure am curious! penn

| Let's be honest .... How many of us really think about the pain Christ actually suffered on the cross? I think that this movie is long overdue. While I am sure, it is graphic in nature and not pleasant to watch... I'm hoping it will do some good. Maybe, some of those snotty holier than though's will be brought back down to earth. Hopefully this will be a true look into the life of Christ. Maybe we will catch a glimpse of the man that he was. Maybe it will make us look at ourselves. Not many people argue that Christ was an important historical figure so I doubt anyone will be offended.

Guilty too. Mel could sing his ABC's on the big screen and I'd go watch him.
