With all of the problems that Chef's is having, I doubt that they'll be able to get financing to move in.

The for lease sign came down today and there were doors open and 3 or cars out front! Looks like someone moved in! Excited to see what is going in! I don't think the property owners wanted Chef and his bad reputation in town! Oh well whatever comes I hope it is delicious!
