OK, tough guy. Here's the deal; we take turns posting first. I never look at the opponents picks but you're one of them detail people and I wouldn't put it past you to look at every angle and make the most informed decision possible.

I don't look at other people's posts before I make my picks, but I don't necessarily expect you to take me at my word on that. If you are going to wait to post after I do on alternate weeks, that will mean you have to wait until Friday afternoon. I have to wait to hear from my inside source to get the real scoop on injury situations.

You bring up a good point though. If you get to the end of the season and there are only 2 or 3 people close enough to mount a challenge for the win, it might make sense to have them submit the picks by PM. Otherwise, the leader could just sit on their lead by making identical picks. I'm new here, maybe you all do something like that anyway - I guess I'll find out when the time comes.

Pfft ... rules? I don't worry about rules until I get busted for breaking them.

Then I just try to explain why they were bad rules to begin with.


(Oh yeah, I also worry about rules when someone is getting an advantage and I think there should be a rule to stop them. Like, when I'm having a bad day on the golf course and I insist that no one should be able to win a skin with a bogey.)
