| Is it an aftermarket alarm or a stock alarm? It should disarm as soon as you hit the "unlock" button. .....but anyway, you will probably have to find a place that sells that brand of alarm or take it to the dealer if it's a stock alarm. |

| we don't have a clue what kind of alarm it is. Her remote won't even work so we don't know if the alarm is over riding it or not. After we bought the car, we found out it actually came from an auction.

| GO DALLAS | You need to re-synch the alarm with the remote. |

| Could it be so simple that the remote just needs a new battery?

| I was smart enough to change the battery in the remote before assuming that the alarm was the problem. Hey Desert rat.......how do I get the remote redone to work with the alarm?

| 0_0 | I dunno, ask Dowhat. All I can tell you is I know someone with a Sebring and the alarm goes off at random times when it gets cold. Alarm doesn't stop it either. She has to fool with the horn, so I'm guessing it's a connection on the horn pad or whatever they call it. |
