| Mustang owners/racers...Need Rear Diff help! Hey guys and gals, I have a 91 Mustang with 5.0 I need to have my rear diff serviced. It currently has 373s in the rear. My clutches are shot.... Can anyone tell me a good shop to get this done or someone that might be able to help me out. This is something I would like to do myself...but I'm not sure on setting the backlash and what not. Thanks a bunch! |

| Rear gears is a thankless job. Guys who are good at it, know how much it sucks and often don't like doing it. Guys who are eager to do it, probably just want your money or they just want to practice on your car. I had rear gears done back in 1996. Driveline on Rt4 in California did it. I also had rear gears done back in 2005. Jason Heffner did it but he installed a unit that was already factory assembled. |

| Where's his shop located? I'm getting a new diff put in my 2010 as soon as it gets out of backorder.
