Motor building...

..I'm way behind. Lost interest in projects when the house burnt down. Time to get cracking. I had 6 different engine build projects in the shop and that's just too many.

'89 5.0 Mustang ....going in a '76 Bronco.

Hmm

A 5 liter in a bronco...seems like the mounts and drive train couldn't handle that. Sounds like a cool build though.

I do have a set of hands if you need any assistance.

Oh heck yeah..the 5.0 is the "standard" retrofit. One of my Broncos, a '69, has a 408 stroker Cleveland in it.

Sweet. Going to keep all the Engine Management (computer) & fuel injection or go to carb?

Keeping the EFI..that's one of the big benefits of the swap; the trail manners are vastly improved with EFI.

I have two Broncos with 408 Clevelands and one is fuel injected and the other soon will be. Carbs are hatefull things on rougher trails and on rocks.
