Report: Bobby Labonte to Earnhardt-Ganassi Racing

Pete, sounds like your driver's now a team-car to Juan Pablo.

That's not Pete's driver.

Looks like Ill have to buy yet another diecast car for my kids. My oldest loves Bobby and has the Interstate car and Cherrios car. Now he'll need the new one. Youngest took up the Insterstate car and Kyle Busch so I lucked out until it switched to the M&M's car. He's getting that for Christmas this year.

I know he still drives it but when he's driving the M&M's car, my son would like to be "racing" the same car around too. I need to get Dale Jr's 88 car for myself.

I have Junyer's Darlington car the retro Mountain Dew scheme. I had a hard time deciding between the National Guard and the Amp Energy car so I just got the retro car when I seen it.

Man am I glad Harvick's never switched car numbers.

My Stepdad's a huge Stewart fan. Has an autographed rookie-year Stewart diecast and everything. He's because Sliced Bread's in the #20 car and Stewart's moving to the #14.

Who ISN'T changing cars?

I'm gonna need notecards to know who's where.

Daytona's going to be weird. Tony not in the orange 20 car. No Petty. Bobby Labonte in the 41 car. Montoya in a Chevy. Ryan Newman in the 39.

I'm gonna lose my mind over this.

Once I figure out what everyone's car looks like, I should be ok. The kids are more interested in where they are "place-wise" not neccesarily where their car is out on the track. If they happen to spot their car out on the track once in awhile during the race, they are ok with it.

I have about 40 or Labonte die cast cars, I got the D-Day car while out Christmas shopping last week which added to the addiction. My favorite is the Joe Gibbs HOF car, which unfortunately was used as a toy before my wife got it off ebay.

Never could bring myself to buy a Cheerios car though, besides could you imagine hearing Bobby say, "The Betty Crocker white chocolate, macadamia, fudge nut brownie/pop secret #43 Dodge was running great all day..."
