It's easy enough to get around but none of my shop programs work with it.
My estimating system say's it will be next year before they have a program to work with Vista.

My paint mixing system is still working on it.

Don't like vista. Just bought another laptop and opted for the $30 "upgrade" to XP-Pro

I got it preinstalled on a new dual core almost a year ago. I really like it, but I wouldn't consider upgrading from XP on my older laptop. Also, you'll want at least 2GB of RAM to ensure it will run smoothly.

I like it on my machines that are up to running it, and for the apps that are designed for it.

For older machines or software, it's worthless.
