black spots on plants

i realize with all the rain we've had moisture and fungus' are a problem. i just found that i have these spots on my ornamental holly(nellie stevens),my inkberry,dogwood shrubs,and even the clematis...what's the best advice ? spraying fungicides? thank you...

I use Orthenex. It kills bugs and stops blackspot, rust, and powdery mildew.

Be sure to pick up the dead leaves that fall off into the soil around the plant that's affected.

Thanks, Sharon. Been looking for something that works on that rust blight.

thanks so much for your quick response. i really appreciate it! as soon as the rain stops i'll be spraying my plants(SMILE)
i asked wentworth's and they knew it was too early for fungus' and probably a powdery mildew(i knew he was full of it when he told me that,i know what p.mildew is)) i could tell it was the attitude"tell the lady anything so that they can try to impress someone"...thanks again!
