Accident on Rt. 4??

Anyone know what's going on? My husband called almost an hour ago and said traffic was moving about 10 mph in Dunkirk. He's still not home.

I just turned my scanner on. Don't heae anything that tells me anything big going on. But I only just turned it on when I saw this thread.

My husband eventually got home. :lol:

He said he didn't see anything that would cause a back-up. Weird!
