Fire/EMS Drill planned for Sat., October 27 in Leonardtown Area

A Fire/EMS DRILL will be executed in the Leonardtown area after 8 a.m. on Oct. 27. Scanner alerts will notify participants and will use the words, “THIS IS A DRILL.”

Citizens may notice an increased level of emergency response vehicles in the drill area.

Thanks for the info! The last drill I remember in the Leonardtown area was held at the Cedar Hill Senior Apartments Center. I freaked when I saw everyone racing the the apartment complex. There were tons of all types of emergency crews and I feared the worst!
