There is an overturned vehicle south of dunkirk, 5' in water submerged. That's #2. People need to just chill - oh - traffic is completely closed southbound on rt. 4 for safety.

Medivac 1 on scene, calling #4.

What was going on at the intersection of Newtowne Neck Rd and Rt. 5, Leonardtown about 3:30-4:00? I pulled out of Food Lion shopping center but turned right to go home and saw a couple of police cars there and what looked like to be an ambulance. Accident maybe? Just curious.
