Around here they started automatically adding $2 for a "delivery charge". WTF does that mean? Does that mean the driver gets that in addition to his tip, or is it just some padding for Papa John's profits? Kinda like the "EDP" (extra dealer profit) fee on the sticker of a new car

I tip 5 normally but around the hoildays I tip 10. But then I don't get a lot of pizza either.
