It would seem that the democrats in Annapolis are more concerned about saving the Chesapeake Bay than they are for our children?

So when Hillary and Obama and the rest of the DEMS say that the education system needs to be fixed you can safely assume that this is what they have in mind.

Hmmmm.... and the constant expensive testing that NCLB (no child left behind) is improving our education??????????? I don't the the other side has done so well either. You have no idea how much NCLB costs and how much time is wasted teaching to it.

In My Opinion
all counties are going to be in trouble with their school funding.
Omouthy and his band of butt wipes took money from the counties and gave it to baltimore city schools. Thornton funding and all.

so on top of all of his tax hikes, the counties will now have to raise property tax to make up for the loss.

You people act surprised. No doubt the St. Mary's schools and others can take a few cuts, they have been living good for a long while. Still: to be surprised that MOM is sending the money to Baltimore instead of St. Mary's County is certainly nothing to be surprised about. Like Al Jolson used to say, " You aint seen nothin' yet".

( tobacco increases and bans, MVA raising it's already ridiculous rates, man what the hell do DEMOCRATS stand for anyways? )
