My neighbor is a renter. I should up my standards by kicking the landlord's butt, but I'll just toss crap over there. Renters are, by far, the worst neighbors, probably like you. They don't give a crap about how they keep their property and drive the value of the neighborhood down.

He's really lost his mind this holiday season! He keeps trying to get all of women at my business to come over to his house for a party. He even got down on his knee one day and proposed to one of the ladies. All she could do was turn around and walk away! Stupid crazy old man!!! He's really getting on my nerves as well!
