Hey there everyone. I was driving on Budds Creek Road this morning and noticed a dead animal on the side of the road. I know that is was not a deer, it was too big to be a fox or anything. Anyone see it?? What is it??

I had a feeling thats what it was. I don't understand it...whom ever hit that dog why didn't they stop?? I just dont get people sometimes.
