Thank you for sharing your comments on our Crispy Chicken Sandwich
advertising campaign. We appreciate and respect your opinion as a
valued Sheetz customer.

As you may know, the Crispy Chicken sandwich is a new addition to our
menu. As with all new offerings, we wanted to create awareness among
current and potential, new Sheetz customers through our advertising.

Our advertising team always looks for ways to cut through the vast
clutter of messaging that the average consumer encounters every day.
Sometimes we will do this by using twists on commonly used words or
phrases to inject humor.

Please understand at Sheetz our number one priority is and always will
be serving our customers and exceeding your expectations with our
offer. To that end, we have decided to discontinue the current
billboard campaign. I assure you we will give your comments fair
consideration as part of our assessment of future advertising campaigns.

If you wish to speak with a member of our management team, please

You know what offends me about Sheetz?

Their gas pumps slow down $0.85 cents away from your end price and ticks off about a cent every two seconds.


It makes me want to beat someone with the nozzle.
