The Charles County Sheriff’s Office and Charles County Crime Solvers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect seen on surveillance cameras using stolen credit cards at local businesses. Crime Solvers is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest or indictment.

Between March 20 and March 27 in the late evening or early morning hours, suspect(s) stole GPS systems, a DVD player, cash, iPods, jewelry and credit cards from vehicles parked on Vest Lane and Zekiah Drive in Waldorf. The suspect(s) also stole a go-cart. The stolen credit cards were used at four Waldorf businesses including Wal-Mart, Sparkle Car Wash, Xtra Fuel and WaWa. A white male between 20 and 30 years of age with an average build, of average height and with brown hair worn in a ponytail was shown on surveillance camera using the stolen credit cards. The photograph may be viewed on the Sheriff’s Office’s Web site, www.ccso.us.
