Mounting tires on tractor wheels, where?

I have just bought some wheels for my tractor and have to get new tires. I was wondering, once I do, where around here (I'm in St. Marys -> Drayden) can I get the tires mounted on the wheels?

If anyone knows of a tractor tire dealer around here too, that would be helpful!
