Sitting up late.. Heard several of our local Ambulances heading north to support the DC events today. So be safe out there. Can't be but so many of them left down here.

0324: Ambulance 597 departs

All units will be using TA4 once they have crossed the St. Mary's County line.

There is a good sized snow storm spreading over the Carolinas and Virginia right now. Channel 9 news just admitted that it could spread up as far as SO MD today. The OBX of North Carolina are expecting 4 to 6 inches of snow.

Today: Scattered snow showers, mainly before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 35. North wind around 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Hopefully the County has plans for coveraing this as the might be a bit shorthanded today.
