Maybe he will buy shovels and send his citizens army in to clean up.throw 815 billion at it and hope it fixes itself. Oh wait....
that way, the black only workers (cant have the money go to whites as has been mentioned by some dems) can shovel and loot at the same time. What a wonderful opportunity to instill the feeling of embracing that which is right in terms of distribution of wealth/property.
