Anyone have any idea what is in this stuff.

I think is has a sour cream base...

I've always just called it "white salsa dip". Thought it was a modified ranch dressing, but with different spices. Tried to see if there was anything on their home page, but none of their links seem to work.

I can't find the recipe, but google Cuban Pork flautas with Mojo Mayo Dip. That's the recipe I used that had the dip with it, but I'm not seeing exact directions on how to make the dip?????

Recipe Cuban Pork Flautas With Mojo Mayo Dip Recipe

1 c mayonnaise
1/4 c fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
30 corn tortillas
1/2 c FLORIDA'S NATURAL Premium Brand Orange Juice
1/2 c minced onion
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp pepper
2 (17-oz.) packages fully cooked pork roast au jus
1/4 c fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
1 tsp salt
10 to 12 garlic cloves, finely minced
Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
1/2 c olive oil
2 c CRISCO Vegetable Oil

Directions

Step #1 Stir together first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Step #2 Let stand 30 mins at about room temp.
Step #3 Meanwhile, rinse au jus from pork roasts.
Step #4 Shred roasts using hands, & place this In a large-ish zip-top plastic freezer bag.
Step #5 Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over med-heat/flame just until warm (about 3 to 5 mins).
Step #6 Remove from heat, & whisk warm oil into orange juice mixture until well mixed.
Step #7 Pour 1 c orange juice mixture evenly over shredded pork in bag.
Step #8 Seal & chill 30 mins.
Step #9 Stir together mayonnaise & remaining orange juice mixture until well mixed.
Step #10 Cover up & chill until ready to serve.
Step #11 Heat vegetable oil to 350° to 375° In a large-ish skillet over medium-high heat.
Step #12 Cook tortillas, in batches, 3 to 5 seconds on each side or until softened & pliable.
Step #13 Drain well on paper towels.
Step #14 Remove skillet from heat, reserving vegetable oil in skillet.
Step #15 Spread 1 heaping Tbsp.
Step #16 marinated pork roast mixture down center of 1 softened tortilla.
Step #17 Roll up tightly, & secure with a wooden pick.
Step #18 (If the tortilla cracks when rolling, remove filling, unroll, & cook again in hot oil a few more seconds.
Step #19 ) Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Step #20 Reheat vegetable oil in skillet to 350° to 375° over medium-high heat.
Step #21 Fry pork wraps, in batches, 1 min on each side or until golden brown.
Step #22 Drain on paper towels.
Step #23 Remove wooden picks, & serve this with mayonnaise mixture.
Step #24 Garnish, if desired.
