Lights finally on in Long Beach and Calvert Beach!

Does anyone know what happened just past the Fast Stop and the Storage place. Must have been 15 SMECO truck working to get the power restored. We lost power just after 3:30pm and got the lights came back on around 9:30pm. Luckily we had planned to grill out tonight. The food was yummy!!

I am just guessing here but after driving by several times I think there was a short to ground from the pole that caused a fire. At first they were trying to use the existing pole and just repair it but they actually brought in a new pole and re-rigged the whole thing thats why it took so long.

I am glad I had gas in the generator.
