Basically the police will not be charging the student in the killing of the robber but:
*Mr. Rice's sister, Peggy Rice, told WJZ-TV in Baltimore on Wednesday that her brother did not deserve to die and that the student should be charged.*
And here we go..................you just know that the robber's family will sue the student.
