I don't know this chick, but she obviously needs intervention as she didn't learn any lessons 6 weeks ago. So young, so sad that she let drugs destroy her life.

Two suspects were arrested on Nov. 24 at 12:52 p.m., after they stole two video games from the Prince Frederick Walmart and fled in their vehicle.

A Walmart employee contacted police after he observed the two suspects leave the store without paying for the items. The employee watched the suspects get into their vehicle and then called in the vehicle description and tag number to police.

Dep. Brianne Gray stopped the suspect vehicle on northbound Md. Route 2 at the entrance to the Federal Oaks subdivision. DFC Richard Weems arrived on the scene and made contact with the two suspects. He subsequently arrested Jacob Ryan Hemming, 28 of Annapolis, and charged him with two counts of theft less than $100.

The second suspect, Mary Kathleen Anderson, 20 of Owings, was found to be in possession of suspected drugs while being arrested for the theft. She was charged with possession of heroin and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a syringe, used to inject heroin into the body intravenously. Anderson was also charged with two counts of theft under $100.

Why do people "buy" drugs but "steal" other things?

because our laws prevent the stores from packing heat putting an end to thievery? The drug dealers will put a cap in your a$$ quicker than shiat if you try to steal his/her drugs. The criminals are the ones carrying the concealed weapons. Who would you steal from?
