Mortgage with Wells Fargo

I just refi for free with Wells Fargo. Your mortgage has to be with them now and other stipulations but if you have them take a look. I wish I would have called a few weeks ago. I may have gotten a better rate. I had 5.5 but now have 5.25. Saves $140 a month, so that will now go extra to principal which will amount to two extra payments a year now.
