I remember when this happened the next day the police were giving out tickets to people for littering when they tried to put wreaths on the road where the people died, Jeez if I ran out onto a major highway at 3 am with my back to traffic, Duh, of course no one got charged for actually participating in the event...... 8 less people that won't be standing in the middle of a road doing something stupid
